Featuring bright red Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini' that surround an erect rich red Ohko stone, this centerpoint creates a strong contrast with its green lush flooring.

Please note that this particular aquarium design requires 30 to 45 days in order for plant growth and biological cycling to be completed. Please expect slight differences in hardscape since we use natural stone sourced from Asia that will vary in texture, size, and shape. Also expect variation in plant looks and growth.

  •   Maintenance (minutes per week): 12 minutes

This is the time estimated for the minimal care of this tank. Please refer to the Maintenance Difficulty panel to see the specific tasks involved in the maintenance of this tank.

  •    Aquarium: Seapora Starfire Cube Tank

Seapora Starfire tanks use low iron glass, which offers the highest optical clarity and colour accuracy possible.

  •    Light: Medium

The minimum requirement for these plants is medium light, or 35-50 micromols of PAR. This can be achieved by placing an LED desk lamp as close as possible to the surface of the water, or by purchasing an aquarium light. Please contact us if you have any questions about lighting.

  • .   Substrate: Aqua Soil Amazonia II Normal Type

ADA Amazonia II is an aquatic soil made of black soil. This substrate is nutrient rich and is the preferred choice by professionals.

  •    Gravel: None

This refers to the use of small pebbles or sand.

  •    Decoration: Ohko Stone

This refers to the use of stones, driftwood, or anything else natural that would serve as a decoration, habitat, or visual enhancement to the environment. This tank contains Ohko stone, a sedimentary rock sourced from Japan.

  •    Filter: Hang-On Back Filter Included

A filter basically cleans the water of debris, removes the toxic buildup of ammonia and nitrates, and aerates the water so your fish can breathe.
